• Facilitate and support agile ceremonies
• Ensuring good relationship between the product owner and the development team
• Establishing an agile environment
• Protecting the team from outside interruptions and distractions
• Establishing a high performance team
• Administrative team lead

Elvárások

• BSc/MSc degree
• Certified Scrum Master accreditation
• 4+ year proven experience as Agile Coach/Scrum Master
• Strong knowledge of Scrum/Agile/Kanban/DevOps methodologies
• Experience in working across the full life cycle of software development
• Experience in supporting the agile software development in with online tools (e.g.: Jira, Confluence)
• Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility and focus on results/outcomes
• Very good written and oral English
