Feladatok

• Planning and executing process development activities, followed by analysis of results and release of new processes for production.
• Proposing and executing solutions to improve quality, performance, uptime and volume.
• Performing troubleshooting.
• Maintaining strong collaboration with manufacturing, engineering, logistics and suppliers.
• Preparing and giving training for the colleagues on the shopfloor.
• Coordinating prototype building, documenting the activities and developing the serial manufacturing technology for the new solutions.
• Implementing product modifications into the manufacturing.

Elvárások

• Degree: manufacturing technologist, manufacturing engineer, process engineer, mechanical engineer
• Work experience: at least 3 years of recent practical experience as a technician/process/manufacturing engineer in the field of milling, turning, grinding,
  sheet metal forming and welding in both small serial and custom product manufacturing
• Language: Hungarian and English on communication level
• Our new colleague should be a hands-on, practical person who is able to find the improvement possibilities, initiates and implements changes on
  the shopfloor to provide better quality and reduce costs.
