Feladatok

• Managing, planning, tracking SW development projects in robotic area
• Developing time and resource plans for projects
• Managing changes and risks. Acting on problems throughout the project course
• Making decisions in technical questions with the support of the SW System Architect
• Reporting project status on the Project Steering Group meetings
• Ensuring timely delivery of project result with expected scope and quality
• Understanding market needs and keeping close cooperation with customers
• Initiate process improvements in product development and project management methods
• Team working in an international development organization
• Supporting colleagues in the relevant competence areas

Elvárások

Technical:

• Strong knowledge and experience as SW development methodologies
• Hands-on working experience in SW product development
• Passion of fast decisions and leading teams
• Ability to work in a team, share information and support colleagues
• BSc/MSc degree in engineering or informatics or equivalent

• Ability to make decision
• Leading skills in project and technical domains
• Creativity, analytical and problem-solving mindset, independent way of working
