Introduction

You will be responsible for the frontend of these applications and will have significant input into future features and architectural direction.
Tasks
Design, develop, and deliver clean, responsive user interfaces and intuitive APIs for their internal users
Improve their CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and observability systems to keep their services robust in production
Build tools for the team and the broader firm that streamline their development pipeline, including tooling for use with agentic coding systems
Ensure their systems are well-documented so they're easy to understand, adopt, and maintain
Drive engineering standards through thoughtful code reviews, well-tested implementations, and clean, maintainable architecture
Requirements
Frontend: Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript, with hands-on experience using React.js, Material-UI, and modern build tools such as Vite
Backend: Experience developing and maintaining web backends and HTTP APIs, preferably in Python. Familiarity with Go, PHP, Ruby, Perl, or other server-side languages is also welcome
Databases: Working experience with SQL databases, particularly PostgreSQL and SQLite
Infrastructure: Comfortable in a Unix/Linux environment, with practical experience in CI/CD pipelines and Docker/containerized applications. Experience with Kubernetes or distributed systems is a plus
Problem Solving: Strong debugging skills and the ability to methodically work through complex issues
Communication: Clear, collaborative communication style, you can explain technical decisions and work effectively across teams
